Heating Instructions for Frozen Baby Purees and Meal Cubes

Microwave Method

1. Place frozen cube(s) into a microwave-safe baby bowl.

2. Cover lightly with a microwave-safe lid or plate.

3. Heat on full power for 1–2 minutes, or until piping hot throughout.

4. Stir thoroughly and allow to cool to a safe temperature before serving.

5. Always check the temperature to ensure it’s safe for your baby.

Stovetop Method

1. Add frozen cube(s) to a small saucepan.

2. Add a splash of water, breastmilk, or formula if needed.

3. Heat over low heat, stirring regularly until piping hot throughout.

4. Let cool to a safe temperature before feeding your baby.

Important Notes:

• All meals must be thoroughly cooked before serving.

• Do not refreeze thawed food.

• Use within 24 hours if thawed and refrigerated.

• Serving size 1-2 cubes
