Q: What should I do if my parcel arrives partially or fully defrosted?
If the food feels fridge-cold to the touch, pop it straight into the fridge and treat it as
defrosted. Please consume within 72 hours.
If any meals containing meat or fish have thawed, please do not consume them.
We appreciate this isn’t how your order is intended to arrive. If you're not completely
happy, please get in touch — we’ll do our best to help.


Q: Can I refreeze meals?
No — once thawed, meals should not be refrozen. Consume within 72 hours of
defrosting.


Q: How should I store the meals?
Store in the freezer as soon as they arrive, unless they’ve already thawed. Each cube is
50g, making portioning easy.


Q: How do I prepare the meals?
Please refer to the Heating Instructions leaflet included in your box. This gives you
simple steps to safely defrost and warm the meals.


Q: Are your meals suitable for babies with CMPA (Cow’s Milk Protein Allergy)?
Yes! All our meals are 100% dairy-free and made with whole food ingredients, carefully
prepared for babies with sensitivities.
